Customer Service

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service/Sales assistant experience.
-Order entry and maintenance
-Calling accounts for extensions.
-Analyze and issue return authorization for damaged goods -Extensive
knowledge or experience within the kids fashion market is very helpful!
-Strong verbal and written communication.
-Strong customer service skills
-Pro-active worker
-Provide sales support/ assistance to outside sales reps and accounts
-EDI knowledge a plus -Ability to multi task -Ability to meet strict
deadlines -Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel,
Outlook, and the Internet.
